Senior Property Manager
Full Time - Ongoing

MiCare is a not-for-profit organisation community services organisation, working in aged care, home care, retirement living, and migrant services. Our mission is to enable people from diverse communities to have dignified and meaningful lives. We're seeking a Senior Property Manager to lead the strategic and operational management of our national property portfolio.

 

Role Overview:

 

Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer and overseeing a dedicated team, you will play a key leadership role in delivering high-quality, safe, compliant, and sustainable facilities for our elders, clients, and staff. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic property planning and capital works across multiple states
  • Oversee facilities management, maintenance programs, and compliance
  • Drive delivery of capital projects from concept to completion
  • Manage budgets, contracts, tenders, and long-term capital planning
  • Ensure risk management, legal compliance, and WHS obligations are met
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Lead and develop a team of property professionals and maintenance staff

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Tertiary qualifications in property, construction, facilities management or related field
  • Proven experience in senior property/facilities leadership, ideally in aged care, health or community services
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successful capital works delivery
  • Excellent financial and contract management capability
  • High-level interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Knowledge of compliance, aged care standards, WHS, and sustainability best practices
